• To book a live Zoom class please click on the "Book" button and follow the instructions.

  • If the class you  would like to book is full or if there's not a suitable time please contact us, we are looking to provide more classes in the future.

  • At the moment we have no more than 15 clients in each class with both instructors present and use of a big screen in our studio.

  • We should be able to give feedback on how you are performing the movements and give corrections where possible. 

  • If you are already a monthly subscriber to the recorded video classes please ask us for a coupon code so that you only pay £4 per Zoom class. The normal cost is £6 per person per class.
