About the Event
- A 60 Minute class taught at levels suitable for Beginners and Intermediates.
- You can work without equipment or you can use prickle balls, soft ball and loop band. Alternatives to the equipment are tennis balls, cushions and tights.
- We'll mute participants once the class has started and would advise you to "pin" our window and use gallery view.
