Live Zoom Pilates Mixed Ability Class

A 60 Minute class taught at levels suitable for Beginners and Intermediates. You can work without equipment or you can use prickle balls, a larger soft ball, yellow band and blue theroband.

We'll mute participants once the class as started and would advice you to "pin" our window and use gallery view. It's not as scarry as it sounds!
